Download file.06/10/11Fintan Walsh's weekly article to Download03.10.11Day 2 of the Country Cross Country Championships is on this Sunday in Dungarvan at 12 noon. Races are for under 9, 11,13,15,17 Junior and Senior and athletes can move up one age group. All our teams finished either first or second last Sunday and we are hoping to continue this success. Every athlete who completes the course will be a member of the Ferrybank AC team and will receive a medal, if the team is placed. We are hoping for a large turnout for this competition. OUR LOCATION
Training takes place on Mondays and Wednesdays at the Regional Sports Centre on the Cork Road (across from Aldi) at 6.15pm. Cost is €3 per person or €5 per family. Boys and girls from age 5 are catered for and we cover all Track and Field events.
